Contemporary travel guides have come to feature vast sources of information about a given location usually the the expense of a pleasing design. I looked to change that with my travel guide of Paris. I chose to keep the cover clean and simple with nothing but an elegant font and a soothing images to draw attention to the book.
The inside of the guide is filled with all the information one would expect in a book of this nature, attractions, maps, restaurants, etc. I managed to take all of this wealth of information and separate it, placing it into a neatly designed package that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the traveler.
