For this project I wanted to create a fun and visually appealing promotional poster for a day of film screenings held at the South By Southwest (SXSW) festival in Austin, Texas.
I used various different textured papers and materials to build the owls. The use of these different materials gives the design a handcrafted feeling and the non traditional subject matter of the owls allows the viewer to have fun with the poster.
